NGAM BYLAWS

The National Guard Association of Michigan operate under these bylaws, adopted by the Executive Council on 1 December 2020 and ratified by the NGAM Membership on 15 May 2021.  They establish a basis from which the organization deliberates and makes decisions for the benefit of the members and the body as a whole. This document establishes governance of the organization, establishes rules of operations, maintains legality at the federal, state, and local governments, represents the members of the organization’s affairs, and promotes the professionalism of NGAM in their efforts to support the Soldiers and Airmen of the Michigan National Guard, their families, and all invested partners of the organization.

Any recommendations for change must be received and distributed to all other members of the membership at least 30 days prior to any vote.  Any recommendations to change that will be presented to the General Membership must be received NLT 20 April 2022.  If you would like to make a recommendation to change the proposed bylaws, please use the form below.
